How we work.

1.Client visit.

We believe, not all projects are the same. So that we like to have a bottom up approach towards all the projects that we are getting committed. Once a customer put forward his requirements, we like to meet them on their site or wherever they opt to. We will collect the possible information about the requirement on the same day or whenever they are ready to share the information's. Information's include the measurements, required material and the time frame for the completion.

2.Conceptual project brief or design presentation.

Once all the required information is collected leave the rest to us. We will prepare you a project brief as per your requirement. The project brief will includes the design, engineering drawings, estimated cost and the lead time.

3.Customer review.

Once the project brief is submitted, the client can review it and request for any changes if requires. We are happy to process any changes as per the customer requirement.

4.Project finalising.

Once the project brief is approved by either parties, client is required to pay a security deposit before commencing any sort of fabrication or delivery of the goods. At least 50% of the total project value is required as a deposit. We will provide a date of delivery once the deposit is received, usually it may take 4-16 weeks.

5.Fabrication.

This is were the projects comes to it's original shape. Once the project is finalised then we will issue the drawings and requirements to our fabrication facility. The fabrication begins as soon as possible once they receive all the required information's.

6.Commissioning.

We will arrange the delivery of the goods to the preferred location of the customer. We will use our freight carrier or customer can choose their own freight carrier. There are cases were some of the fittings require assembly, we will include the assembly instruction in the project brief, customer has to do the assembly by their own or we can do the assembly and fittings at an extra cost.
